Booking is easy! Simply visit our website, select your preferred package, and follow the steps to confirm your booking. If you have any special requests, feel free to contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist.

6. What happens after I book?

Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to create your custom itinerary. Once you have submitted your itinerary request you will receive an email within 24-72 hours confirming your itinerary for the dates you are here. If you have any changes you’d like to make after submitting your request our team will do as much as we can to accommodate this.

13. Where do I collect my wristband?

You will collect your wristband at the first venue on your itinerary. One of our team members will be there to greet you with ‘the one’ uniform. If you arrive to a venue and cannot find / see anyone there please contact us via our WhatsApp number or ask a member of staff at the venue. He/She will also have all the answers to any additional questions you may have.
